User Agreement

1. Introduction

This User Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and RoboInvest Capital ("the Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the Platform immediately.

2. Eligibility

To use RoboInvest Capital, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• Not be subject to any sanctions, restrictions, or laws that prohibit your use of the Platform.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during account registration.
• Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with this Agreement.
• Immediately report any unauthorized access or security breaches.

4. Account Registration & Security

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
• Unauthorized access to an account must be reported to our support team immediately.
• The Platform is not liable for any losses arising from compromised accounts.

5. Investment Risks & Disclaimers

• The Platform provides AI-driven investment solutions, but all investments carry risk.
• Past performance does not guarantee future success.
• RoboInvest Capital does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.
• Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before making investment decisions.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Engage in fraudulent activities, money laundering, or market manipulation.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with Platform functionality.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Fees & Payments

• RoboInvest Capital charges fees for its services, as disclosed on the Platform.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.
• Users are responsible for any applicable taxes or financial obligations related to transactions.

8. Service Availability & Modifications

• The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue services at any time without notice.
• We are not liable for service disruptions, downtime, or unforeseen technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• RoboInvest Capital, its affiliates, and employees shall not be liable for any financial losses, damages, or claims arising from the use of the Platform.
• The Platform is provided "as is", with no guarantees or warranties.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by third-party service providers, cyber threats, or security breaches.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands (BVI). Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of the British Virgin Islands.

11. Amendments & Updates

• RoboInvest Capital reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time.
• Users will be notified of significant changes via email or on the Platform.
• Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

12. Account Termination

• The Platform reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate this Agreement.
• Users may close their accounts at any time, but obligations arising prior to termination remain valid.
